Now a specialist eating disorders dietitian, Talia Cecchele openly admits at the start of her career, she had no interest in working in the field. Being in the right place at the right time in a new job, however, led her to discovering her passion of helping people to heal their relationship with food - and she's never looked back. Now working in one of London's top psychiatric hospitals and with her own private practice under her belt, Talia still has to pinch herself knowing that she helps people rediscover their joy of eating and regain control of their life. Just in time for National Eating Disorders Awareness Week on 22nd-28th Feb, in this podcast, we chat to Talia about her innovative 30 Day Food Rule Challenge, what she's done to upskill and her tips for dietitians wanting to work in the space.

In this podcast, we chat to Catherine about some of her most remarkable career moves, including diving into academia, studying the Mediterranean Diet and writing three books... and even starting her PhD when she was six months pregnant! Catherine also shares what keeps her ticking, the advice she wishes she'd heard when she was younger and the failures that made her the person she is today. We hope you enjoy the episode!
